In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to other clients, you are required to comply with all policies. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This does not guarantee service will start before scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $25 (plus NYC sales tax and processing fee). You MUST arrive in the time allotted for your service for the late policy to be in affect. If you do not, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged 50% of the fee for your scheduled service.
You may cancel your appointment online at any time. If you DO NOT cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a fee of $50 (plus NYC sales tax and processing fee). If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.
Repeated cancellations prohibits others from securing appointments. Due to limited availability, if you cancel more than two scheduled appointments you will not be allowed to schedule any future appointments.
If you schedule an appointment, and you do not cancel online and you do not arrive during the allotted time for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the fee (plus NYC sales tax and processing fee) for your scheduled service.
All fees assessed for violation of scheduling policies will be charged to the credit card you leave on file when scheduling your appointment. Fees cannot be applied to future services. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies outlined. Deposits are good for a single appointment. No exceptions; No refunds.
